Know the person.
Life stories, wishes and familiar routines provide the starting point. Residents help shape their daily lives, from getting up to the evening meal.
A familiar home. People who listen. And daily life that suits you. That is why we are building a new group for care and living.
We are in the development phase and do not currently operate any care homes. Care places cannot currently be booked.

Moving into a care home is a personal decision. Our approach includes consistent contacts, clear costs and a move planned together. Once a home joins the group, we will publish its services and contact details here.
Our vision for daily lifeGood care needs good working conditions.
We want to build teams with reliable rotas, clear responsibilities and time for induction. Care professionals from Germany and its neighbouring countries are intended to work together. Specific roles will follow the first home; no vacancies are currently advertised.
Our ambition as an employerYour life’s work deserves a future.
We seek confidential conversations with owners of regional care homes. Together, we consider whether succession, an investment partnership or collaboration could make sense. Staffing, care quality, property and funding belong in the discussion from the outset.
Our approach to successionOur guiding principle for every future home: personal relationships, professionally safe care and a team people can rely on.
Life stories, wishes and familiar routines provide the starting point. Residents help shape their daily lives, from getting up to the evening meal.
Shared meals, movement, gardening, music and local connections. Activities reflect interests and abilities, including for people with dementia.
Qualified care, clear responsibilities and cooperation with doctors, pharmacies and therapists. Risks and changes are discussed early.
Consistent contacts, clear conversations and an open approach to questions and complaints. Relatives are involved according to residents’ wishes.
Our plan is to organise administration, purchasing and recruitment together. Personal care remains local. Before any acquisition, we assess whether the team, property and funding can sustain good care over the long term.
A good home makes room for familiar routines. This is how a day in a future GUTTAG home might feel.
Your own waking routine, support as needed and breakfast in good company or in your room.
A walk, a favourite song, some movement or a break. Taking part is an invitation and remains your choice.
Regional dishes, individual preferences and appropriate support with eating and drinking.
Time for conversation, visitors and privacy. Qualified support should also be reliably available at night.
This is an illustration of our approach. Services, daily routines and contacts will be defined for each home.
We initially assess regional groups of homes. Border locations may help attract additional staff.
Görlitz, Zittau and the surrounding area. A regional group with short distances and connections to Poland and Czechia.

We plan direct employment with fair, transparent pay. Qualifications, good communication and reliable cooperation matter.
We plan German–Polish teams. Vacancies will be published after the first facility is acquired.

No vacancies are currently advertised. Your name and professional background are enough for an initial enquiry.
Are you considering succession, an investment partnership or support? We want to understand what makes your home special and what it needs for a sustainable future.
Request a confidential first conversationYour goals, the home’s history and the prospects for residents and staff come first. A sale is not assumed.
We consider operations, care quality, staffing, property and capital needs. Confidential documents are shared only after safeguards and responsibilities have been agreed.
Collaboration needs secured funding, experienced operational management and a clear transition plan. Familiar contacts should remain local.
Not yet. GUTTAG is in the development phase and does not operate any homes. For current care needs, please contact existing facilities or a local care advice service. Once a home joins the group, we will publish specific information here.
Our focus is long-term residential care with daily life that supports self-determination. Short-term respite care and additional services may be added where approvals, staffing and buildings allow. Specialist services will be offered only after professional assessment.
Border regions connect people and labour markets. We want to attract additional qualified staff and offer reliable working conditions. Recognition, language and German pay requirements also apply to cross-border commuters.
There is no GUTTAG home yet, so we cannot quote prices. Each future home should clearly set out the costs of care, accommodation, meals and investment, together with any personal contributions. An individual bill depends, among other things, on the resident’s German care grade and the home concerned.
GUTTAG is a project being developed by DAVID SERAFIN CAPITAL UG (haftungsbeschränkt), represented by David Serafin. Experienced operational leadership, qualified care managers and independent professional guidance are planned for future care operations. No advisory board appointments or acquisitions have yet been agreed.
Do you run a care home, bring operational experience or want to contribute professional expertise? David Serafin welcomes an initial conversation.
