This website presents the GUTTAG development project. Our own website code contains no analytics or advertising trackers, externally loaded fonts or contact form. Languages are selected through links. Any larger-text setting applies only to the current page visit.
The website is delivered through ChatGPT Sites by OpenAI with Cloudflare infrastructure. Page requests may involve technically necessary connection and security data, including IP address, access time, requested page and browser information. The purposes are website delivery, stability and security; the legal basis for the technical delivery we arrange is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Email contact
Clicking an email link opens your email application. A message is sent only when you choose to send it. Information in an enquiry is used to handle that enquiry and a potential business relationship. Depending on its content, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Google Workspace is used to process business emails. The required data-processing and international data-transfer arrangements depend on the specific account configuration.
Please do not send residents’ health data or confidential patient records when first contacting us. Separate information and procedures will be needed for any later admission or secure data room.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries are retained only for as long as necessary for their purpose and applicable statutory retention obligations. Where provided by law, you may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. Depending on the legal basis, you may have rights to data portability and to object. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, datenschutz.hessen.de.
